Yes — that's completely normal in Malaysia. We appraise your car, obtain the settlement figure from your bank, and settle the loan as part of the deal. Any difference is paid to you (or topped up) at handover.

It is BMW’s own certified pre-owned programme, not a dealer label. A BMW sold under it is prepared to BMW’s standard and carries its genuine remaining manufacturer warranty. Non-BMW units here are listed as Approved Used instead — the programme each vehicle belongs to is shown on its own listing, so you can tell them apart.
Yes — a large part of the stock is electric or plug-in hybrid, including BMW i4, i5, iX and MINI. The high-voltage battery carries a separate manufacturer warranty, typically 8 years or 160,000 km from first registration, which usually outlasts the vehicle warranty. The driving range shown on each EV listing is the official WLTP figure.
It is regenerated weekly from Sime Motors’ approved pricing list, so prices and availability match that source. Cars still sell between updates — a listing is not a guarantee the unit is available at the moment you enquire, which is why every page has a WhatsApp button to check.
